Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Often times our lives get entangled in things that we cannot control. We get lost in life’s complexities and cannot decide how to refresh. Many of us feel that we should pause and reflect on our lives and do things differently, but do not know where to start. Often we see a strain in our relationships or a bump in our professional lives, but feel lost on how to manage that stress. As your therapist, I will spend time to know you better, and use evidence-based counseling techniques to help you cope with these challenges.
My therapy approach is eclectic but I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help my clients. I help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, gender identity, and grief. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with years of experience working with people from diverse background and have LPC license to work in Connecticut.
I believe that change, growth, and recovery are possible irrespective of the challenges we face. I provide a safe space where my clients can expect compassion, warmth, empathy, and strength-based therapy.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care online, and individuals may switch therapists at any time if they need a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and practical option.
