Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there, My name is Dayna and I have a number of years of professional work experience supporting people across different areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing, including but not limited to; stress and anxiety, practical intervention work, LGBTQ+, as well as emotional regulation.
I believe that you hold the strengths and core values to overcoming the things that you face and together we can find and utilise them to best support and empower you moving forward.
I work with a Person Centred core but am an Integrative therapist, meaning I look to tailor whatever support you need, there is no one size fits all in therapy so together we can set up the best way to meet the needs you have.
I try to be flexible in sessions so if you don’t see a session on my schedule that works for you please reach out and we can try to find something to fit 🙂

Dayna Landsborough is a therapist based in the United Kingdom with 3 years of professional experience supporting people across a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns. Her specialties include LGBT support, relationship work, coping with life changes, stress, anxiety, grief, anger, self esteem, career issues, depression, coaching, and compassion fatigue; she is listed as a female, gay, liberal therapist.
Dayna works from a Person Centred core while practising as an Integrative therapist, tailoring approaches to the needs of each individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. She believes clients already have strengths and core values that can be mobilised to address the challenges they face, and she aims to help identify and use those resources to support and empower people moving forward.
She seeks to be flexible in arranging sessions, and invites potential clients to reach out if available appointment times do not suit them so that alternative options can be explored.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility on offer – individuals can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
