I am a licensed mental health counselor licensed in Indiana with over 20 years of experience working as an individual and group counselor. I have worked with clients in a wide range of settings including outpatient therapy, residential care, forensic settings, and mandated clients. My work has primarily focused on helping individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief / loss, and parenting problems. I am comfortable working with individuals who also present with autism, and / or cognitive delays.
My counseling style is friendly, supportive, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I like to involve the client in the therapeutic process and in treatment decision-making.
