Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Colorado, Nevada, and Maine with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
My counseling style is warm, interactive and nonjudgmental. I believe in treating you with respect, compassion, sensitivity and empathy. And while I am an expert on mental health and change, I believe that you are the expert on you! That is why I provide an environment for you to feel safe to explore your fears, concerns, struggles and deepest desires for creating the life that you want. I use a strength-based approach that combines mindfulness with cognitive-behavioral, trauma-sensitive, humanistic, solution-focused, and narrative modalities.
I do not use ‘cookie-cutter’ approaches. Rather, I value my clients as individuals and meet them where they are in life, without judgment, working with them in their journey towards who they would like to be and free from the things that are weighing them down Most that seek therapy do not do so without cause. My goal is to quickly identify negative cycles and assist in addressing them so that they are no longer present. Therapy is not easy, it is hard work, but I believe that you are worth it!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that best fits their needs – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit care into a busy life.
All participating providers are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to pursue support while maintaining many of the same therapeutic benefits as face-to-face sessions.
