Hello, I’m Gillian. I’ve worked in mental health for over 20 years, the last 8 as a counsellor and clinical supervisor.

I specialise in working in self belief including narratives created in childhood, understanding messaging we may have received from caregivers and how that affects how we live now. I also work in relationships including family dynamics, divorce, affairs, marriage, conflict with family or friendship groups, break ups, communication, attachment styles etc. I work with individuals only – I do not offer couples therapy.
