Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a therapist because I believe that each of us has dignity and worth as human beings. I believe that you have the ability to change your life and to heal yourself if you have the tools and the support. I would like to help you by providing tools and being a part of the support you need to change your life and heal yourself. I hope to help you honor and love every aspect of yourself during our work together.
I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in the state of Texas. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, behavioral addictions, and relationship issues. I also helped many people who have experienced sexual, physical, and emotional trauma.
My counseling style is warm and understanding. I provide a safe space to honestly express how you are feeling and what you are thinking. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths based therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. During our first few conversations I’d like to set some goals for therapy together to give us some direction for our work together. I don’t want us to be tied down to these goals, our work together will be fluid and we will change our goals as your needs change.
You’ve already made the most important step in healing and changing your life by giving yourself the gift of therapy. I really admire the courage and vulnerability it takes to speak honestly with me about what you want and what you need.
I can’t wait to get started!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, research and clinical practice show that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video, phone, live chat, or messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy schedule and to stay consistent with sessions.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to change therapists if they are seeking a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical option to pursue mental health goals from wherever they are.
