Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed Counselor who has been providing help and hope to people for the last 9 years in a variety of settings and situations from private practice to rehabs and psych wards. I have partnered with individuals to work on depression, anxiety, relationships, addiction, trauma and chronic mental health. I also enjoy assisting people doing “okay” to do even better with performance coaching in a variety of areas including athletics, career, and personal growth.
So how does counseling typically work? I believe a warm, empathetic, and supportive environment is critical for successful change. That all starts with getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable and safe so that we can actually talk through the real issues without fear of being judged. Often this leads to new ideas and tools that can be used to make lasting positive changes. The other important ingredients are accountability and feedback so that we can really see if things are getting better or not. Most of the techniques and theories that I use are rooted in a strength-based and practical approach including brief counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder if online therapy can really make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This convenience often makes it easier to incorporate regular sessions into a busy life.
Therapists who offer remote care are licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch therapists at any time if someone is seeking a different fit. For many people, online therapy is a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health and life concerns.
