Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of West Virginia. I have a Master of Education with a focus on Mental Health Counseling. I have approximately 10 years of experience in helping people deal with anxiety, depression, and other mood related disorders. In addition, I have treated people with addiction problems, trauma and a history of abuse. I have assisted people in dealing with major life changes, and other types of stressors, as well as learning to live with the loss of a family member, friend, or pet. I decided to become a counselor so that I could help someone. I believe the foundation of counseling is to provide your client with a safe and caring environment. The treatment process should be a team effort including both the client and the therapist. I don’t have a magic wand, but by working together, we can improve your mental health.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most situations.
One key advantage is flexibility – individuals can choose the mode of communication that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, clients generally have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, effective way to access mental health support without sacrificing quality of care.
