Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. I am an integrative therapist meaning I will not offer you one method or concept of counselling to aid you on your counselling journey this is because my counselling training was integrative which has resulted in me having great knowledge and understanding of different schools of counselling as well as concepts and theories. Some of the different school of counselling I use most within my approach with clients are Rogers Person-Centred Approach, Egans Solution Focus Approach and also Becks CBT approach (cognitive behavioural therapy). With the aim being to create an open and safe environment were thoughts, feelings and behaviours can be shared and explored without fear of judgement. Also I would consider myself to be an individual who has a deep desire to help and support people in times of hardship and stress and understand the value of having the ability to be emphatic and understanding to my clients needs. Some of the key skills and attributes I would be able to provide within the counselling process would be to offer an non-judgemental space were clients can feel respected, valued and listened to, whilst also working with the client to help them cope with their presenting issues, create goals and make changes within their own life that will aid them throughout their life. Lastly I understand taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take a lot of courage and and you should be proud of yourself for taking the first steps to take control of your life and situation and I look forward to working with you to achieve this.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist available is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can provide an accessible route to support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
