Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have a master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on professional counseling and marriage and family therapy. Since 2009 I have worked providing individual, couples, and group counseling. I spent the first half of my career working with individuals and families affected by substance use and the last several years I have worked in a private practice setting helping people with a variety of mental health concerns. While there are very few issues I have not worked with, I have spent a significant amount of time with those working to overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use disorders, PTSD, stage of life adjustments, and parenting stressors.
My experience over the last 11 years has taught me to know my clients first. There are several theoretical approaches to providing counseling, but there is no one size fits all approach. My first goal is to know my clients and what might suit them best. I view my role as a guide, a helper, a teacher. I believe each individual and their autonomy is to be respected. Every tool used in therapy should be something you can use in a way that fits your life. I believe every person has what it takes to overcome the trials they face in life.
I know reaching out for help can be uncomfortable for a variety of reasons, but I’m glad you took the step. I have hope we can work together to make it worth your investment. I look forward to getting started.

She is a licensed professional counselor in Michigan and has 14 years of experience working with people across a range of concerns. The early portion of her career focused on supporting individuals and families affected by substance use, and in recent years she has worked in a private practice setting addressing a variety of mental health needs.
Bri has spent significant time helping people who are managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use disorders, PTSD, stage-of-life adjustments, and parenting stressors. She also works with issues related to addiction, trauma and abuse, relationships, family conflict, grief, self-esteem, anger, and stress.
Her experience over the last 11 years has reinforced an approach that begins with getting to know each client. While she draws from several theoretical orientations, she does not believe in a one-size-fits-all method; instead she tailors strategies to fit each person’s life and autonomy. Bri views her role as a guide, helper, and teacher, offering tools that clients can use in ways that feel meaningful and practical.
She recognizes that reaching out for help can feel uncomfortable, and she appreciates the step it takes to seek support. Bri hopes to make therapy a worthwhile investment and looks forward to beginning work together.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels best for them – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapeutic work into busy schedules and varied routines.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if a different fit is desired it is possible to switch providers. Online therapy offers a convenient option for accessing skilled support for everyday mental health challenges without changing the core quality of care.
