Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they would like a different fit.
