Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi and welcome! My name is Erika and I am licensed clinical social worker in Georgia with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with postpartum depression, stress and anxiety, family conflicts, depression, caregiver and career burnout, career difficulties, low self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Within my 8 years of experience, I’ve work with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly from various backgrounds and in a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, in-patient psychiatric hospitals, in-home care, and virtually.
My approach is eclectic, and as a therapist, I will tailor therapeutic techniques to the client’s overall needs. I strive to empower and motivate my clients while encouraging them to participate actively in their therapy.
To all my mothers, I see you, I hear you, and I commend you! You are killing motherhood… all the challenges and changes that comes with it. Kudos to you!
I am deeply committed to assisting each individual in reaching their full potential by working collaboratively to gain clarity, identify and achieve goals, and deepen your awareness of what may be preventing you from experiencing happiness, peace, and your goals. I also believe in self-care and navigating self-discovery and empowerment through supportive listening, clinical strategies, and learning healthy coping skills in non-judgmental spaces.
I am passionate about empowering individuals and enjoy providing a judgement-free environment. My treatment approach is client-centered, strength-based, and uses psychoeducation to capitalize on my clients’ strengths.
My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental therapeutic environment in which people can process their feelings and find solutions. We can overcome life’s difficulties if we work together.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
