I am licensed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety and currently working as an approved Anxiety U.K therapist. I have vast experience of helping clients coping with addictions , giving them the tools they need to help distract from cravings and overcome their addiction encouraging motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Additionally, I have supported many family members and loved ones of people who are concerned about someone else`s substance misuse as I recognise the impact it has on the well being of the concerned other ,I approach this by offering a safe space to air concerns and give valuable coping strategies that instil confidence so that they feel empowered to put boundaries in place to protect their well being, I have also volunteered as a counsellor for family action supporting parents with any challenges of being a parent, and more recently completed training to enhance my understanding of how menopause impacts women psychologically to offer counselling to reflect this,
I have experience working with depression and believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
