Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a professional Therapeutic counsellor and a
fully registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the UK with 8 years of professional work experience. Sessions are based on an integrative approach, meaning I utilise different approaches such as
Person—Centred, TA (Transactional Analysis) and Gestalt.
I’m experienced in working with adults and young people. I have several years of experience working with younger adults in Higher Education aged 16-22 years old. Helping clients with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse and many more.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and you have many strengths, that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
My passion is helping individuals to heal.
I provide a safe and non- judgemental environment, for you to talk through your issues and difficulties in confidence. Facilitating your journey of self understanding, confidence and self worth.
As a practicing Buddhist, a number of years of training in meditation and mindfulness inform my approach. This was a huge part of my healing journey and life changing, which I’m passionate about and want to share the practice with others.
My goal is to empower you to grow in the ways most important to you.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be difficult, so well done for making the first step.
Any questions please feel free to ask!
Thank you.

Mandy Elliott is a professional therapeutic counsellor and a fully registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the UK, with 8 years of professional experience.
Her work follows an integrative approach – she draws on Person-Centred therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt methods to tailor sessions to each person’s needs.
She is experienced in working with adults and young people and has several years of experience supporting younger adults in higher education aged 16-22. She has helped clients with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse and other difficulties.
She works from the belief that each person is the expert of their own story and that their existing strengths can support them to overcome challenging situations.
Her passion is helping individuals to heal. She provides a safe and non-judgemental environment where people can discuss their issues and difficulties in confidence, with a focus on fostering self-understanding, confidence and self-worth.
As a practising Buddhist, several years of training in meditation and mindfulness inform her approach. This practice was an important part of her own healing journey and she is passionate about sharing these techniques with others.
Her aim is to empower people to grow in the ways that matter most to them. She recognises that taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult and acknowledges the strength involved in reaching out. She welcomes questions from anyone considering working with her.
Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy delivered online is offered by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different therapeutic fit they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible and effective route to support and progress.
