Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My first month of graduate school I learned that people having mental health difficulties often get better on their own, and that therapy helps speed up that process. Fourteen years later, and I am still honored to be a part of people’s efforts to improve their lives. Therapy is a collaboration to address the stressors one faces, be the problems external, such as job or relationship difficulties, or internal, such as thoughts and feelings that serve as barriers to making improvements. I look forward to to learning how I can support you during this process.

During the first month of graduate school, Dr. Elizabeth Raymond learned that many people facing mental health difficulties often begin to improve on their own, and that therapy can accelerate that recovery.
With 12 years of clinical experience, she continues to be honored to participate in clients’ efforts to enhance their lives. Her approach treats therapy as a collaborative process focused on the stressors an individual faces – whether those stressors are external, such as job or relationship challenges, or internal, like thoughts and feelings that block progress.
Dr. Raymond is a licensed New York psychologist (NY Psychologist 021898) and aims to understand each person’s priorities and strengths so she can offer practical support. She welcomes the chance to learn how she might support someone through change and growth.
