Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am Flavia Melo, a licensed William Reich-based psychosomatic therapist specialised in trauma, stress, anxiety and depression, with 7 years of experience. In my work with clients, I explore the relationship between body and mind through a series of therapeutical techniques and tools to promote wellbeing. The body stores all our emotional memories and patterns. If we don’t work on how we feel in our bodies and on those memories, we can’t promote significant and long-lasting change. I also integrate holistic approaches and tools into my practice, such as music and art. In our first session, we will explore your emotional experiences and your therapeutical goals, and how we are going to work together moving forwards. During the process with me, we will use those therapeutical techniques and tools to gain more awareness and understanding, in order to create a more fulfilling life for you.

Flavia Melo is a licensed William Reich-based psychosomatic therapist with seven years of experience, working from the United Kingdom. She specialises in addressing trauma, stress, anxiety and depression and supports people with relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, coping with life changes, family and parenting issues, intimacy-related challenges, eating and sleeping problems, and career-related worries.
Her approach explores the relationship between body and mind, using psychosomatic techniques to help clients notice how emotions are held in the body and how physical patterns relate to emotional memories. She integrates holistic tools such as music and art alongside these therapeutic methods to promote wellbeing.
In the first session Flavia explores a person’s emotional experiences and therapeutic goals and outlines how they will work together going forward. Throughout the process she and the client use practical techniques and tools to build awareness and understanding with the aim of creating more fulfilling, sustained change.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes remote therapy a practical option for people seeking support for these issues.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family, or other commitments.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they are looking for a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible way to receive consistent, professional support without the need to travel to appointments.
