Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Madison and I have been providing therapy services for over 7 years in Ohio and Minnesota. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and walks of life in a variety of settings, including schools, physician’s office/hospitals, and private practice.
My approach typically includes methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). Some issues I specialize in include anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, interpersonal conflict, and coping with major life changes. However, I believe that every client is unique and has different needs, even if they are facing similar challenges. It is my job to figure out which approach will be most effective for you.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Work and my Master of Social Work degrees from the Ohio State University, where I also played division 1 hockey. As an athlete, I learned that resiliency, determination, and collaboration are important skills not only in sports, but also in life.
As a therapist, I see my clients as my teammate. We will work together towards a common goal, which we will set together. You have your strengths, and we will identify those and use them to our advantage.
The fact that you are here shows me that you are ready to make a change. Seeking support is the first and most difficult step. I am so glad that you are here, and am excited for us to work together to improve your quality of life. Welcome to our starting line!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many individuals dealing with everyday mental health issues, online therapy provides an accessible and effective option for support.
