For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility: clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a telephone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity between sessions.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
