Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.
My work in a professional and voluntary capacity spans over forty years and I have learnt a lot about the overwhelming challenges of daily life, and how this can also be affected by past trauma, sometimes without us realising.
As an Integrative Counsellor I can offer a range of techniques but will always start with a Person-Centred approach to enable us to get to know each other and establish your individual needs. We may then include some other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, hypnotherapy or Psychodynamic activities to aid your therapeutic journey.
I believe that relaxation and self-care are key to helping to relieve many of the pressures you may be facing. We may explore your physical, emotional, social, professional, and spiritual self care, and you might like to include some meditation to your treatment. We can discuss that during our sessions: whatever route we take will be chosen by you – I am here to support you.
It is often hard to realise you need support to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and often taking the first step is the hardest part of therapy. I want to reassure you that I offer a safe space to allow you to do that. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I am happy to work with clients all over the world, and can usually find a slot that covers all time zones. If you cannot find a suitable time in my diary please message me – I can often be flexible.
I look forward to working with you!

Jayne Lewis is a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist who works with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.
Her professional and voluntary work spans over forty years, during which she has gathered insight into the overwhelming challenges of daily life and how past trauma can continue to influence the present, sometimes without conscious awareness.
As an Integrative Counsellor she offers a variety of therapeutic techniques while beginning from a Person-Centred approach to build rapport and identify each client’s individual needs. Depending on those needs, sessions may also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, hypnotherapy, or Psychodynamic activities to support the therapeutic journey.
Jayne places emphasis on relaxation and self-care as important elements in easing pressure. She explores physical, emotional, social, professional, and spiritual aspects of self-care with clients, and can include meditation in the treatment plan if desired – the route taken is chosen by the client with Jayne’s support.
Recognising that taking the first step can be difficult, Jayne provides a safe space for people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. She aims to support and empower clients as they take those steps.
She is happy to work with clients worldwide and generally offers time slots that accommodate different time zones. If a suitable slot is not visible in the diary, Jayne can often be flexible to find an alternative time.
She looks forward to working with clients seeking support.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit support into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy provides a practical way to access professional help without needing to attend in person.
