Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I provide counselling to adults in the UK for trauma, stress and grief. While I may integrate different approaches, my work is underpinned by a person-centred approach which is integrative and trauma informed. I work mostly with stress, anxiety and coping, relationship issues, trauma, grief, pregnancy loss and terminal diagnosis in pregnancy, and coping with life changes in general.
The counselling process should be a collaboration between the counsellor and client. Every client’s needs are different and require an individualised approach to reaching the goals set. I believe in a holistic approach to problem solving that takes into consideration physical health, who the client is and at what stage of their lives they are in, and, the social and cultural contexts that they are from, while drawing on existing strengths to achieve self-growth and wellness.
I provide counselling for people who have many different problems. I have worked with healthcare workers balancing work and home life, professionals and business owners who have never had the chance to deal with past traumas or relationship difficulties, women who have experienced pregnancy loss, cancer patients, moms, dads or young adults who are having trouble with managing difficult relationships or the stresses of life.
I am a professionally trained counsellor with a rich academic and practical background. I run a busy private practice offering both online and face-to-face sessions from a central town location. I am also actively involved in volunteer work, supporting a charity that provides mental health assistance to military veterans and facilitating free peer support groups for fellow counsellors and psychotherapists. I am fully insured, ICO registered, enhanced DBS checked, and accredited on the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society’s Accredited Register, along with holding a Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership with the British Psychological Society.
I continue to update my skills via workshops and CPD courses in areas such as Grief, Pregnancy Loss, DBT, and the latest trauma treatment certifications, including the Rewind Technique. You can read more about my services on https://corinnecrawford.co.uk/

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy can offer outcomes comparable to traditional in-person work. Evidence and practice both indicate that remote sessions can be effective for these kinds of issues.
One key advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists available for online work are licensed professionals, and if a client feels another approach would be a better fit, it is possible to change therapists. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many people seeking support.
