Life can bring up many challenges and finding a way to cope and take time to figure out what has happened; can be a challenge in itself. It can be very hard to do this alone and you may feel you don’t want to ask friends or family to help. Through talking and exploring with a Counsellor/ Psychotherapist, you can receive empathy, unconditional non-judgement and support that fits you.
You are not alone with what is going on for you and there are many ways to move forward. You may want to discover coping methods and look to change how you see the situation or you may want to explore deeper and look at what lies beneath the feelings. This may involve looking at how childhood experiences have led to certain beliefs about yourself and the world around you. We can work together to get these needs met.
I am able to help individuals living with/experiencing Grief, Loss, Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Trauma, Family breakdown and many other issues. I see clients privately and through an agency for low cost clients.

Sandeep Jutla holds a degree in Psychology and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and brings nine years of counselling experience to her work. She offers a calm, empathic space where people can explore their feelings and begin to make sense of difficult experiences.
Life can present complex challenges that feel overwhelming to face alone. Sandeep provides steady, non-judgemental support and listens closely to help each person find practical ways to cope and move forward. Her approach is tailored to the individual, aiming to meet immediate needs while also exploring longer-term change.
Where appropriate, Sandeep will work with clients to examine deeper patterns and how earlier life events may have shaped current beliefs about the self and relationships. Together she helps clients identify coping strategies, reframe how they see situations, and address underlying issues when desired.
She supports people experiencing grief and loss, depression, stress and anxiety, trauma, family breakdown and other concerns. Sandeep sees clients privately and also accepts referrals through an agency to provide low-cost options for those who need them.
Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For a range of common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, research indicates that online therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain continuity of care when circumstances change.
Sessions are offered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical route to getting support and working toward their goals.
