Nina Pavitt

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

My name is Nina and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, with a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a certificate in Trauma Therapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp) and I follow and practice their Ethical Framework.
I also work with an agency to support young people and adults with their mental health.

Counselling offers a place to talk about things that might be bothering you, an experience you have had or any other area of your life that you would like to consider or explore.
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert in your life, and I will be by your side, offering empathy and support. I will not judge you. I will not tell you what to do or how you should behave, we will work together collaboratively to explore your situation.
Having a safe space to do this, will hopefully support you to get to a place of understanding, awareness and acceptance.
I am trained to be able to work with people experiencing a number of different issues. If I am unable to support you, I will try to refer you on to someone who has the appropriate skills.
I am able to support anyone over the age of 18, who is based in The UK.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people ask whether remote therapy can produce real results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to connect in the way that feels most comfortable.

All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy can be a practical and effective route for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
