Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I trained as an integral therapeutic counsellor, which is a flexible way to work with clients depending on their needs. I can work with different approaches such as psychodynamics, person centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and specialised in mindfulness-based approaches. My practice is informed by present moment awareness involving a balanced attitude between being open to client’s needs and grounded in clarity and sensitivity; always following a professional code of conduct. I can work with a range of problems such as stress and anxiety, depression, addictions, low self-esteem, fear and panic disorders, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and burnout. In my master’s and PhD, I specifically looked at the impact of stress, burnout and compassion fatigue and how practices such as mindfulness and self-compassion may support wellbeing. I am committed to support people from different areas and cultural background and I am experienced working and engaging with a broad range of ages (18+). I am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP).

Research and practice show that for many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. It offers a practical alternative for people seeking support for these issues.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these remote sessions, and if someone feels a different therapeutic fit would work better they can switch therapists at any time.
