Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have experience of working with a broad range of clients, including those looking for short or longer-term support relating to: • anxiety – in general or in relation to a specific aspect of your life • depression • bereavement • traumatic experiences (past or current) • recovery from illness • relationship / family difficulties • stress management • anger management • assertiveness /confidence building • life transitions.
I am a qualified counsellor with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching . This means that in my practice I am able to draw upon a range of approaches, sometimes employing more active coaching strategies if this is appropriate. I work with a broad range of clients whose needs and hopes or goals are diverse and so I tailor my practice to suit your individual needs, always in agreement with you and in line with your preferences.
Perhaps you don’t know exactly what it is that’s preventing you from living the way you’d like to, or maybe you feel you know exactly what it is you’d like to address. It may be that you feel the need to tackle some long-standing issues, or perhaps it’s current challenges, recent stresses or future-based anxieties which are troubling you. Whatever your reason for seeking support it’s important to me that in our work together you feel safe, comfortable and relaxed about talking to me openly so that we can fully explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in order to find ways for you to move forwards, to grow, to bring about change and to thrive.
I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP] and adhere strictly to their ethical framework.
