Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello!
I am a licensed clinical social worker in FL, VA , and UT and a licensed marriage and family therapist in FL. I have worked in various environments in the mental health field for over 18 years. My experience is working with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families with concerns including communication difficulties, parenting , relationship conflict, grief and loss, stress and anxiety, and compassion fatigue. I also have specialized experience in autism assessment.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused. I believe the most progress is made when you meet a client where they’re at and focus on the issues that are a priority for them. It is important to me to establish a safe, open, space where clients are treated with respect and feel comfortable. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based strategies to help guide our sessions. This way we can work together to identify and address the challenges that you are facing so that you can move forward. You have already taken the first step by reaching out and exploring Better Help so congratulations, you are already headed in the right direction! I look forward to getting to know you and helping you continue to move ahead with positive change.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and practice indicate that remote therapy can be as effective as in-person services.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into busy schedules and different lifestyles.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical route to consistent support for many common mental health and relationship concerns.
