Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have worked as an integrative psychotherapist with young people and adults for 15 years. As an Oxford University graduate, I embarked on a career in education. This led me to appreciate the importance of good mental health to help us flourish in all areas of our lives. Accredited in the United Kingdom, I have managed counselling services for young people and adults and bring a wealth of experience to the therapy I can offer.
I base my approach to therapy on my core beliefs that we can all grow and change and that meaningful connection with others is of paramount importance to our capacity to thrive. My aim is always to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which the wished-for growth and change can take place.
Integrative Psychotherapy has involved training in a variety of different models and theories and allows me to use an approach that meets the specific requirements, circumstances and preferences of my clients.
My experience in helping clients includes managing stress, anxiety and low mood, relationship and parenting issues, coping with grief and loss and also significant life changes. Taking the first step to bring about positive change takes courage: I am here to support you in that process.

Many people ask whether online therapy truly makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can choose the mode of contact that fits their routine and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain regular contact when needed.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many, remote therapy provides a practical and effective route to support and progress.
