I work with children and teens struggling with social skills, emotion regulation, anxiety/depression, and coping skills. My natural ability to build rapport helps to create a space where they can recognize their challenges, build their strengths, and feel both understood and safe as they navigate through the complexities of being a youth today.
My work with adults is centered on understanding and accepting how the past has contributed to and influenced who we are today. Together I help clients navigate through the intricacies of life, overcome barriers, heal from the past, and build a life that feels authentic, empowering, and fulfilling.
