Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there! I am credentialed in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion but without judgement. I have a client led and person centred approach that underpins my practice. Other therapeutic approaches that I work with are Psychodynamic, Humanistic, CBT and Transactional Analysis (TA). TA has proven to be very helpful in providing people with a way to understand themselves better. Working with these models enables clients to be supported to find answers within themselves. I will tailor our therapy to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking time to look at our situation and our part within it can feel daunting and scary if we do it alone. I see therapy as a collaboration between myself and the person I am supporting. I would be pleased to go with you on your journey, wherever that may lead.

James Bushnell is credentialed in the United Kingdom and has seven years of professional experience as a therapist.
He works with people facing stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship difficulties, anger, self-esteem and confidence issues, family and grief concerns, intimacy-related problems, career matters, depression, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue. He treats everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion, and maintains a non-judgemental stance.
His practice is underpinned by a client-led, person-centred approach and draws on Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA). TA is used to help people gain clearer insight into how they operate and relate to others. Working with these models enables clients to be supported to find answers within themselves and to build solutions that fit their circumstances.
James tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs and sees the work as a collaboration between himself and the individual he is supporting. He recognises that taking time to examine a situation and one’s part in it can feel daunting alone, and he is willing to accompany clients on their journey wherever it may lead.
