Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a therapist for over 17 years, and have had the privilege to serve a very wide demographic of individuals and groups as an owner of a private practice as well as executive coach. While an owner of a private practice, I trained in many areas of specialty, so I could provide the best quality therapy for anyone that was introduced to our clinic, and especially those that my associate therapists were not trained to serve and help. My areas of specialties include PTSD, Sexual Abuse Recovery, Depression, Anxiety, Couples Therapy and Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Sexual Issues and Dysfunction, Addiction Issues, Personality and Mood Disorders, Self-harm and Eating Disorders, Spiritual Issues, Addiction, Mediation, Career Counseling and Life Coaching.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and consider it a privilege to walk alongside someone through sometimes the most difficult time in their life. It is an honor to be trusted to encourage and provide tools to help people transform their lives. Both reactive therapy (helping people recover and thrive in life) and proactive coaching (helping people achieve their goals) are enjoyable for me, so no matter what your goals are, if you feel I am a fit for you, I will do my best to help you achieve those goals as quickly as possible. I work from a brief therapy model, but will extend the treatment plan as agreed and needed if other issues present.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you move forward from a place of feeling “stuck” to achieving wellness. Let’s get started!

Debra Arseneaux is a licensed professional counselor with 21 years of clinical experience who has served a broad and diverse population as both the owner of a private practice and as an executive coach. She pursued additional training across multiple specialty areas so her clinic could offer high-quality care to clients and to address needs that her associate therapists were not trained to treat.
Her clinical work has focused on trauma-related conditions including PTSD and sexual abuse recovery, as well as depression, anxiety, couples and relationship therapy, grief and loss, sexual concerns and dysfunction, addiction, personality and mood disorders, self-harm and eating disorders, spiritual issues, mediation, career counseling, and life coaching. She combines reactive therapy – helping people recover and regain functioning – with proactive coaching to support clients working toward specific goals.
Debra practices from a brief therapy model and collaborates with clients to extend treatment plans when additional issues arise or more time is needed. She values walking alongside people during difficult seasons, offering encouragement and practical tools to facilitate meaningful change. She is licensed to practice as a professional counselor in both Texas and Michigan, allowing her to apply her training across state lines.
Debra approaches therapy with a commitment to helping clients move from feeling stuck toward greater wellness and goal attainment. She welcomes the opportunity to meet new clients and to begin work on the changes they hope to achieve.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice support its usefulness for these everyday challenges.
One of the main benefits is convenience and flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit mental health support into busy schedules.
Therapists offering remote care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel another fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical way to begin or continue treatment while accommodating the demands of modern life.
