Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Affiliate Sex Offender Treatment Provider in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience. I am a graduate of a Texas-based Christian university, and began my early years of counseling/therapy throughout my collegiate experience as a college campus Residence Life Assistant and Assistant Director.
The experiences I have had throughout my professional journey has given me insight into lives that have been enlightened and enriched by connection and community. My hope is that you’ll see yourself as special for the uniqueness you possess, and that you bring into the world.
My personality is one that’s light and a little quirky. I am someone who enjoys laughing and making others laugh, and I love food. I believe in the power of music and the color purple. My therapeutic style is one that is encouraging and collaborative, and I don’t like to tell you what to do. I believe that as we talk and interact together, you can learn many things about yourself, and answer questions that have the ability to create a path for you that you can appreciate and ultimately get excited about. I believe therapy continues in your daily life outside of the “therapeutic space” as you learn to create a space that enriches you.
I have helped clients cope with and overcome addictions, family conflicts, life transitions, & trauma and abuse. I also have experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, self-esteem development, couple’s counseling, adolescents in CPS care and on juvenile probation, and much more. I believe that as the expert of your story, you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things, and making peace with what challenges you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, and to take the first steps towards change. As your therapist, I am here to support and empower you in that journey, and I’m excited to see you elevate along the way.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be effective in much the same way as in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating professionals are licensed, and if someone wants a different therapeutic fit they can switch therapists at any time. Overall, online therapy offers a convenient and adaptable way to get professional support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
