Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a trained counsellor with over three years of knowledge and experience delivering therapy to clients suffering from depression, panic attacks and anxiety, among other psycho-emotional concerns.
I have worked with clients who are in need of counselling support for a wide range of mental and emotional concerns that have resulted from issues such as loss, adolescence, cultural issues, domestic abuse, autism, and other factors. I have been able to quickly build a trustful relationship that allows my clients to open up and express themselves. My ability to foster a harmonious and constructive work relationship with clients enables me to encourage my clients to follow through with the counselling plan; this allows my clients to progress to a better state from where they were before they started counselling.
I believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment where people can feel safe to express themselves as they seek solutions to their problems. Therefore, I always treat my clients with respect.
I believe my clients can only find solutions if they trust the counselling process. Therefore, I am professional in my delivery of counselling therapy. However, my person-centred approach helps to create a warm atmosphere in which clients feel at ease to share.
What inspires me as a counsellor is seeing my clients overcoming their fears and depression, building their self-esteem, and discovering their inner strength to be happy and at peace with themselves. Therefore, I am always working to improve my knowledge and technique to offer the service to my clients.
