Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor and I work with clients from all walks of life and backgrounds; however, trained as a person-centred therapist.
I am a British African, so I can identify with those going through struggles with certain beliefs and values from their cultural backgrounds. I understand what it means to live with difference. I am warm and create a safe space for my clients to be able to explore their issues by being present with them.
I provide one-on-one counselling for individuals who want to explore the challenges they may be facing in life and are seeking to manage or resolve internal conflicts that result from these challenges. I walk them through the journey to reach a solution.
I work with counsellors in training to explore the impact of counselling training and their transition from studying to becoming counsellors.
I work with clients who are seeking support to make a head start with a new slate in life, be it career progression, business, or personal goals.
I have helped over 523 clients on the BetterHelp Platform.
As you connect with me, be willing to let me walk the journey with you for a better outcome. To date, I have conducted 3350 Live Sessions on this platform.
The outcome of therapy work depends on you, as I support you.
• I am here to support you with your anxious feelings, low moods, and overthinking.
• I am here to support you with setting healthy boundaries and making a U-turn from a negative mindset.
• I am here for you, I see you and hear you if you’ve felt unheard and unseen due to your life experiences.
• I am here to walk the journey with you in your struggles and explore the uncertainties of past and present decisions.
• I am here to support with relationship issues, whether romantic, family, colleagues, or friends (in these areas, regularly ghosting or gaslighting)
• I use the attachment theory to support my clients, and many have been helped via psychoeducation, which gave them advice, knowledge and awareness. I am not an expert on attachment styles, but I use this to guide and support clients to discover themselves.
I am available for same-day bookings and early bird sessions, just ask when you connect with me. I am here for you because you’re special and you’re worth it!.
LATE SESSIONS: I can do late sessions: 10 pm and 11 pm, just ask!.
I am also a couple and other relationships therapist, so WHAT ARE YOU waiting for!!. See you soon in the therapy room.

Ebi Mensah is an integrative counsellor trained in person-centred approaches who works with people from diverse backgrounds. She draws on her British African identity to understand the ways cultural beliefs and values can shape experience, and she aims to create a warm, safe space where clients can explore their concerns while she remains present with them.
She provides one-on-one counselling for individuals who want to understand and manage internal conflicts arising from life challenges, guiding them through the process of finding practical solutions. Ebi also supports counsellors in training as they navigate the impact of their studies and the transition into professional practice.
In addition to therapeutic work, she supports clients who are making a fresh start in areas such as career progression, business development, or personal goals. She works with issues including anxiety, low mood, overthinking, setting healthy boundaries, relationship difficulties – whether romantic, family, colleague, or friendship problems – and the effects of trauma, abuse, grief, anger, and compassion fatigue. She often uses attachment theory and psychoeducation to help clients increase awareness and make informed changes, while noting she uses attachment concepts as a guiding tool rather than presenting herself as an attachment expert.
Ebi is available for same-day bookings, early morning sessions, and late appointments at 10 pm and 11 pm upon request. She has supported over 523 clients and conducted 3350 live sessions on the BetterHelp platform. As she works with each person, she emphasises that therapeutic outcomes depend on the client, and she offers her support throughout the journey.
