Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Suzanne,
I believe in the human capacity to thrive than just survive, and your right to be your authentic self unapologetically. You made a little big step today, and I acknowledge your act of bravery to arrive at my profile. I want you to know you are in safe hands. If you are suffering from a particular issue or difficulty such as anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, addiction, self esteem — work or other challenging personal issues , I can help and encourage you to get in touch and schedule a first session. I am a highly experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor and life coach with many years practice, working with many human conditions in various context and locations. I am here to get to know you, guide, support and empower you to getting your life back on track. With my professional help I offer a skilful and creatively rich therapeutic service tailored for your individual needs, in a safe and non- judgemental space for your full expression, so you can experience the freedom and openness to figure out your own life. I am intuitive by nature and trained within the Integrative Humanistic Person-Centred and Cognitive behavioural sciences, which puts you at the centre, valuing the therapeutic relationship, and your autonomous right to be self governing. I do not give advise, pathologies, or minimise any human experience, rather I will meet you where you are with acceptance and compassion.
I am BACP/EAC Registered and Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and PSYCH-K® Facilitator with 14+ years experience in Brief, Solution Focused and long-term therapeutic work. Specialising in Trauma Resolve, Addiction, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Moderate to complex Bereavements, Expats/Immigrants – Second/Third-kid Culture adaptations. I have worked with UK’s largest Bereavement Care Charity, Cruse Bereavement Care, spending 3 years in the community and 5 years HMP Peterborough prison, working with ‘Expected, Unexpected and Complex Traumatic Bereavements’, alongside Rape Crisis, 4 years (Formally SARC – Sexual Assault Referral Centre) supporting women suffering from sexual assault and abuse.
A personal bereavement in 2012 sparked a profound interest in mind/body/spirit connection and neuroscience research that lead me to attending a Hay house – ‘I CAN DO IT’ Event in New York City 2013. This fostered the discovery and further training in cutting edge, alternative and holistic psychotherapeutic processes called PSYCH-K. A rapid subconscious belief change tool endorsed by world renowned Cell Biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton Ph.D. I feel blessed to call myself a PSYCH-K Facilitator because the spiritual (Embraces all belief systems) aspects of ‘self’ are invited into the sacred work, directly aligning human capacity for mind/body/spirit connection in correcting limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind to reprogramming new enhancing ones for healthier living and full response potentials to life. I have 11 years experience ‘In-person’ private practices in various locations – Peterborough UK, Geneva Switzerland and Como Italy. I am Multi-cultured and multi-disciplined in my approach, and have been offering my services Internationally online for individuals, and couples since 2019.
It is your birthright to live a more joyful and fulfilling life and I look forward to connecting with you and assisting you on your journey to reaching your desired goals! I love what i do, and i do what i love, when people ask me what i do, i simply say: “I elevate others to the highest and truest expressions of themselves!” And thats me in a nutshell.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists delivering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many individuals, remote therapy provides a practical and effective route to support for a wide range of common mental health and life concerns.
