Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
My name is Julie Faflik and I am a licensed professional counselor from Texas. I have a master’s degree from the University of Texas in El Paso in Counseling Psychology. I am grateful that I have had experience in community mental health. I have worked in crisis for the last year and a half. From trauma people can have depression, anxiety and anger. Many people feel that no one understands them. I believe in working as a team. I am willing to listen. I believe that everyone has their own story. Would you like to share your story?
I believe that everyone is an individual so the type of therapy I use can vary. I may use cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness or reality therapy. Sometimes I use motivational interviewing.
I look forward to meeting you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been demonstrated to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them, whether that is a video session, a phone call, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they feel another fit would be better. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible, evidence-informed option to pursue support.
