Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I specialise in working with people who are struggling with emotional distress. You may feel that life is overwhelming, your relationships are challenging, or you’re having difficulty tuning into your own needs and making decisions. You are not alone.
My Approach
Reaching out can feel like a daunting step, especially if you are new to therapy. However, finding the right support can really help you navigate your challenges. In my practice, I prioritise creating a welcoming and nurturing environment where you can express yourself freely, without barriers, at your own pace. I want you to feel assured that our conversation remains strictly confidential and that there are no off-limits topics. You will find that I am entirely non-judgemental and respectful of whatever you share.
I employ a flexible approach using tools and interventions from different psychotherapy modalities (Person-centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, TA, IFS) that allow me to tailor each of our sessions to what’s more likely to benefit you given your unique circumstances and needs.
Drawing from my training and experience, I am here to guide you through each step of your journey. Together, we will delve deeper into your concerns, gaining valuable insights and a clearer understanding of your current situation. By exploring the impact of your past on the present, we will recognise and address unhelpful behavioural patterns that may be holding you back. Additionally, we’ll focus on healing from difficult experiences, broadening your perspective, and equipping you with new coping skills to self-regulate and promote healthier relationships with yourself and others. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to develop greater self-esteem, assertiveness and lead a more authentic and fulfilling life.
My practice is inclusive and trauma-informed. I understand the complex effects that traumatic experiences can have on us and our coping mechanisms. I integrate this understanding into every aspect of my work while prioritising your safety. I am deeply committed to inclusivity, valuing and honouring the diverse perspectives, backgrounds and experiences you will bring to the therapeutic process.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
Originally from Spain, I have a background in Communication Sciences. My own personal experience in therapy and its positive impact inspired me to pursue training as a therapist. Now, I feel privileged to offer others the same support that helped me through difficult times.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and if someone feels another therapist would be a better fit, it is usually possible to switch to a different practitioner at any time.
