Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a licensed professional counselor for 14 years, and have experience working with youth and teenagers to adults. I see individuals, couples, and families and serve as an objective professional with families to help identify problems and issues. Often times we have a tendency to direct problems at someone else, when many times the problem is an issue between people, not another person.
I have in depth experience working with issues such as mood and depression issues, stress and anxiety, anger, relationship and family dynamics, parenting, conflict, and self esteem issues. I am a certified trauma professional trained to work with traumatic experiences and responses to them. I have 8 years of experience working with military families and the unique challenges they face as well. I work from a solution focused point of view, and I help others find and discover roots to the presenting issues in order to bring about long term sustainable change. I use motivation techniques, contextual family techniques, as well as cognitive techniques to assist in promoting self awareness and realization and implementation of goals and change.
I am a non-judging person who will listen and pick up on your story and help put things into perspective. In the end, I believe that we have the solutions to our own problems, and sometimes we just need some outside input to help bring that out. Thanks for considering me as part of your journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
An important benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an effective, convenient way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
