Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
We spend so much of our lives confused with which path to take. Feeling unsure of our past, present, and future choices is something that we can all relate to. There are distractions in every flavor and color, clouding our ability to see things clearly. This can lead us to feel depressed, fearful, and angry. Counseling offers a unique opportunity to gain perspective and learn the skills that can help us blaze our own path. Too often we feel like we’re in the back seat, like anyone but us have their hands on our wheel. Through the therapeutic process, we can regain control and reclaim our place as the author of our own stories.
During my time at the University of Central Oklahoma I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. During my time at UCO I also worked at a children’s and adult crisis unit where I learned the importance of forming meaningful therapeutic relationships in someone’s time of need. Harmonizing theory and relationship building is only one of my tasks as a counselor. We will cover concepts such as cross-generational trauma, existential meaning, the connection between thought, feeling, and behavior, and more. Through our work in counseling, you will have the opportunity to understand your place in your system, what that means, and how to live the best life possible. Finding a quiet mind in the storm. I feel comfortable working with all ages, gender expressions, sexual orientations, religions, and problems. I look forward to meeting you where you are and helping you get to where you want to be.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the form of connection that works best for them, whether that’s video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists providing online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to address common concerns while keeping care adaptable to individual needs.
