Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to my page!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with over 20 years of experience in the counseling field. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, providing individual, couples, group and family therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, military lifestyle challenges (deployment/reintegration cycle), addictions and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach includes client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I also specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), working with caregivers and their children (ages 2 -7) who are experiencing behavioral and/or emotional challenges. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to attend sessions consistently without rearranging a full schedule.
Another advantage is access to licensed professionals. Therapists provide evidence-based care through remote formats, and clients are free to switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer a different fit.
Overall, online therapy offers a convenient, flexible option for addressing many everyday mental health needs while maintaining the same core therapeutic approaches used in person.
