Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor, and I have been providing individual and family therapy for the past 6 years. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Counseling Education Specialist, focusing on couples and families.
My approach is Emotional focused and Attachment, and systemic based. I focus on emotions and attachments that individuals have and continue to experience. I work with my clients to help them navigate their feelings and find their sense of self, vulnerability, and emotional balance. I help individuals understand their experiences and emotions, and I sit with them in those moments, processing and growing together. I validate, I normalize, and I walk alongside my clients as we process together the emotions and experiences that have caused anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship problems, etc.
I am here to provide a service to individuals who are seeking growth because they have been stuck in the same place for so long. Maybe you understand why; perhaps you don’t. Together, we will help you move beyond that stuck place, allowing you to grow and become whoever you want to be, and cultivate positive and healthy relationships in your life.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person counseling. It can be a practical and outcomes-focused option for people seeking support with these issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access care from wherever is most convenient.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may request a different clinician if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective pathway to address common mental health and relationship concerns while maintaining the practical conveniences of remote care.
