Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker with ten years of experience providing individual therapy and family therapy services. I have worked with individuals ages 8 through adulthood with a variety of presenting challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, work stress, traumatic and adverse experiences, as well as LGBTQ related struggles. I approach the therapeutic relationship with compassionate curiosity and a respect to the person’s unique experience.
My experience is varied and across settings. I have provided services in community clinics, telehealth, homebound therapy, as well school-based mental health clinic. The foundation of my therapeutic understanding comes from the premise that our primary suffering is borne from our conditions and that we have understandable reactions to painful and adverse experiences. I strive to provide warmth, comfort and respect in the therapeutic relationship.
My therapy style is eclectic and derived from relational-humanistic, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing therapy approaches. My promise is to work with you and listen to your needs and help you determine which approach will work best for you and tailor treatment to suit those needs. Whether that is a wish to develop insight or needing symptom relief and improved daily function; my hope is we can work together to achieve that for you.
It takes a lot of strength to work toward a more fulfilling life, especially when we are not feeling our best. I am here to support you in this goal.

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered remotely can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for many individuals.
One major benefit of online care is flexibility – people can connect in the way that fits their life best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability can make it easier to maintain consistent care when schedules or circumstances change.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if someone does not feel the current match is right, they can switch to a different therapist. For many, online therapy provides practical access to professional help without sacrificing quality of care.
