About

My approach to therapy includes mindfulness and mind/body awareness, through a person-centered, existential approach. I trained in couples therapy, group therapy, sex/intimacy issues, sexuality (including depth of experience in LGBTQ issues), substance use/harm reduction- specifically crystal methamphetamine use, depression/anxiety, adjustment disorders, raising awareness of racism and white privilege. Is Online Therapy the Right Fit for Your Needs?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.

Licensed professionals provide care through these remote formats, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they seek a different fit.
