Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote care is its flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that best suits them – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to get support.
