Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
