Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor. I have worked with a range of populations including college students, children ages 5-18, families, and during my internship I worked in an inpatient setting for adults. I have experience helping my clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, peer and family relationships, and trauma.
I work hard to treat everyone with respect and kindness. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, safe, collaborative, and encourages growth. I find the therapeutic bond to be key to the success of treatment, therefore I am always open to dialogue about how I can best help you.
In our time together I can help you define your goals and create plans to help you achieve those goals.

Haylee Heckert is a licensed professional counselor practicing in South Dakota with three years of clinical experience. She has worked with a variety of populations, including college students, children aged 5 to 18, families, and during her internship she supported adults in an inpatient setting.
Haylee has experience addressing anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity concerns, peer and family relationship issues, and the effects of trauma. She approaches each person with respect and kindness and aims to build a therapeutic environment that feels warm, safe, and collaborative – one that encourages personal growth.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired, clients may switch to another therapist at any time. Online therapy can offer practical, effective support delivered in formats that work for each person.
