My clinical experience has primarily focused on children, adolescents, young adults and their families. I have worked with concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, adoption, behavioral issues, divorce, parenting issues and life transitions. My approaches to therapy are cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, solution focused and mindfulness. I look forward to working with you to achieve your clinical goals. Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to keep appointments and maintain momentum in treatment.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to engage with qualified therapists while addressing a wide range of everyday mental health concerns.
