Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that best fits their lives, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to incorporate therapy into busy schedules and changing routines.
All therapists working online are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to pursue meaningful progress on mental health concerns.
