I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I believe that to have a successful outcome in therapy, the client and therapist must first build a strong rapport. Once that foundation is laid, We will use one of several therapeutic modalities, depending on the issue at hand. These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. An Integrated approach can be utilized as well.
I am a good listener, and caring, sensitive, and energetic. Not only do I have the necessary credentials, experience, and hours to be licensed, but I have a lifetime of experience and wisdom to draw from, which is invaluable! I like to think I am funny :)!
