Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
“I am responsible for who I am. My task is to free myself sufficiently so that I can respond in the present moment not from past programming. That’s what freedom is.” Initially a practitioner in nonprofits and community behavioural health programs and more recently in private practice, I have come to find as a trauma informed therapist, symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and relational issues are often expressions of unresolved grief and trauma. I am fascinated by the power of lasting change that comes from intentional deep work.
My training as a NARM therapist has become the anchor of my work, which honours a deep trust for each person’s innate ability to move towards growth and healing, and guides my sessions with clients. My work is to support more connection – with ourselves, others, and the world- so that we can access more parts of ourselves and be fully alive and present.
I bring warmth, intuition, and compassion into the counselling relationship and the encouragement of free, authentic expression. I look forward to learning what it is that you are wanting for yourself out of therapy, and more importantly, out of your life.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions – virtual therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and it is possible to change therapists if someone wants a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical option for people seeking support for everyday mental health needs and relationship issues.
