Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor from Colorado with over 10 years experience working with adults, families, and adolescents. I have worked with clients with challenges ranging from depression, anxiety, parenting issues, self-esteem, grief, and anger.
I believe in the collaborative model of therapy. I believe clients have the answers that they need and my job is to provide a supportive, caring, and engaging environment to help the client access these answers. I am client-centered and humanistic, with a great deal of experience in solution-focused therapy. I also have a great deal of experience with mindfulness based therapeutic models and have spent many years practicing meditation, yoga, tai chi, and music. I will tailor our approach to your unique situation.
During this time of transition and challenge for all of us, I am honored to be able to support anyone who seeks help and counsel. The journey of healing is collaborative, and I know that you and I will grow and learn together.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that best fits their needs and schedule – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to include therapy in a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists at any time if they decide a different fit would work better. Online therapy offers an accessible way to receive consistent support while addressing everyday mental health concerns.
