Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience in various capacities within the Behavioral Health field as a counselor, a case manager, and a social worker. I enjoy working with everyone from teens to military, and those in between. I also have ample experience working with those impacted by substance use disorders, parenting concerns, past emotional trauma, and anxiety.
My therapeutic approach depends on each individual’s needs! However, I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic therapies to help clients reach their goals. I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment that is free from judgement, yet also fosters change, acceptance, and growth for all clients.
These past couple of years have been difficult for many. Please allow me to commend this first crucial step towards creating a healthier, happier next chapter!
I look forward to being a part of your journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – online therapy is generally comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the way that fits their life best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options can make it easier to keep appointments and maintain momentum in treatment.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they want a different therapeutic fit. For many people seeking help with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy can be an accessible and practical path forward.
